As we were starting up a brand new large facility for manufacturing construction equipment, we knew that we wanted to establish a positive culture within the facility right from the start.  I worked with TECS, specifically Karl Eberle, very early on in the development of the facility to utilize his experience as another set of eyes and ears outside the organization who could be a trusted advisor.  TECS approach to talking with employees at all levels and developing a rapport with them over the course of a year provided excellent insight into the team dynamics, the culture we were creating, and gaps that needed to be fixed.  Their knowledge, experience, and insight helped me make decisions, some very difficult, to get the facility started up successfully, meeting all critical dates, and launching high quality products with a robust culture focused on teamwork and safety.
